“ This place is a locals hot spot. I had the special, Cheese, Bacon and Tomato Omelet with home fries, toast and a cup of coffee for 9.99! Everything was delicious, service was excellent. Family friendly also. I love their classic diner counter seats. Tables available also. ”
“ Beautiful space and all the feel of a gritty diner including the price point. Quick service. Bustling. Pleasant and down to earth staff. Coffee came out hot. Food was tasty and authentic (did breakfast). Despite being Father’s Day, turnover was quick. Parking was at a premium but available on the street with all of the spots filled. Highly recommend. ”

“ What an amazing and cozy place! In the short time we stayed in Villas, we came here 3 times. The service was over the top great. From minute 1, everyone was super kind and treated us like old friends. Additionally, the food tasted really good and the prices were very affordable. We had different waiters but each one of them made our stay as pleasant as it can be. It is rare to find people that just seem to enjoy their work. On the first day, we had lunch and the following days, we came for breakfast. They have a huge variety of items and the sizes are ideal if not too much. The eggs benedict are highly recommended. The resraurant itself has a great atmosphere and it is super cozy. I also liked that it wasn't too packed or crowded. I can't wait to come back. ”
